I do not run advertising trackers, analytics dashboards, or marketing cookies on this site. I also do not store personal data in a customer database behind the public pages.

When you visit the site, some technical processing still happens — by your browser, by my hosting provider, and by embedded third-party tools where noted below.

The hosting infrastructure that serves ivangrimm.dev typically records minimal technical data such as IP address, timestamp, requested URL, referrer, and browser user agent in server logs.

This processing is necessary to deliver the site securely, diagnose abuse, and keep operations stable. Log retention depends on the hosting provider.

With your interaction, the site may store preferences locally in your browser — not on my server:

• Theme choice (light / dark)

• UI sound and ambient music preferences

• Optional PWA install state via the service worker

You can clear these at any time through your browser settings.

A minimal service worker may be registered after page load to support installable PWA behavior. It does not implement tracking and does not intercept routine page requests for analytics.

The contact page offers optional scheduling via Calendly. The Calendly iframe is not loaded until you click “Load calendar” (or open Calendly in a new tab). Only then may Calendly process personal data under its own privacy policy. See: https://calendly.com/privacy

If you email me, I receive the data you send (for example name, address, and message content) to handle your inquiry. I do not add visitors to newsletters automatically.

Under the GDPR you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability regarding personal data I process, and you may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
